Blaine
Blaine is a surburban township to the north of Minneapolis-St Paul in Minnesota. The town's major period of expansion was from the 1950s to the 1970s when the population rose from under 2,000 to over 20,000. The town currently has a population of over 55,000.
Blaine has good transport connections to the Twin Cities which has led it to become an attractive location for business and residential development. It is also home to the National Sports Center, an Olympic-class training facility which claims to be the largest in the world for amateur sports.
